"We are seeing a lot of glitches in the system so far, since this is the first time that these programs have been put in place," Kevin-Myers said. "I would definitely recommend that those people who need to use the health care exchanges wait a few weeks before trying to use them to register for insurance. This will give the workers running the exchanges time to correct the kinks in the systems before being bombarded with thousands of requests from consumers. Also, the process will be much easier if those ready to use the system have their financial and medical information readily available."
