Hazard: The foot pedal can become disengaged, posing a fall hazard. Incidents/Injuries: The firm is aware of 58 reports of foot pedal disengagements. No injuries have been reported. The brand name is located at the top of the console display with the model numbers just below and the serial numbers are located on the front support tube of the trainer.
