Plastic surgeons can choose their own App theme and color scheme, add before and after photos and display all of their practice information including a staff list. The new Practice Marketing App comes at a time when new research* shows that global web¬sites now receive more traf¬fic from tablets (8 percent) than smart¬phones (7 percent). The same research also shows that Inter¬net browsers view 70 percent more pages per visit when brows¬ing with a tablet com¬pared to a smartphone. The App has already received the "stamp of approval" from a test group of ASPS Member Surgeons. A beta test preceded the launch, and allowed ASPS to further refine the App based on feedback from plastic surgeons around the country.
