For “Weight Loss Secrets from A to Z,” the in-studio audience works out using stationary bikes, balance balls and exercise bands throughout the entire show while learning proper technique and new moves. THE DOCTORS encourages ALL of its viewers to get off of the couch – but keep the TV on – and exercise along.

The DOCTORS’ 2012 A to Z tips include:
· D is for Determination: Richard Simmons makes a surprise appearance to provide words of wisdom for the exercise weary. Plus, Dr. Travis takes a few fashion cues from the cultural icon.

· P is for Pregnancy: Dr. Lisa Masterson demonstrates how pregnant women can use balance balls to improve posture and help support extra pregnancy weight.

· S is for Sexercise: People can burn 150-750 calories every time they have sex. Tune in to learn the top three moves for a happy and healthy sex life.

· T is for Turn off the TV: Ten-year-old fitness guru, CJ, whose DVDs are aptly named “The Workout Kid” teaches heart-pumping, kid-friendly exercises.

· W is for Water Weight: The average woman can retain up to two gallons of excess water before her period. Viewers find out how to flush it out with coconut water, milk thistle and green tea.
