The inaugural program will take place on Wednesday, February 12th at the Harvard Club of New York from 8:00am – 11:00am. Ongoing discussions will continue throughout the year in public settings, which will allow for the meaningful exchange of ideas amongst the leaders who are shaping reform in healthcare. “The issue of healthcare reform is more than prime time rhetoric during this year’s Presidential campaign,” said Robert Johnston, president of the Executive Council of New York. “This is an issue that affects every American and every employer and employee. The goal of this series of public discussions is to shine a bright light on the issue of healthcare reform during this important election cycle.” The Executive Council recently hosted Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton to address economic policy issues.
