• For myself, cancer hit home when my father was diagnosed with larynx cancer and he requested this recipe often.

• Watch me make this easy savory breakfast casserole – delicious for the whole family.

• Tart citrus flavors such as lemon can help ease tummy troubles.
• Light and easy comfort pasta that pairs well with many entrée recipes.
• Try squeezing lemon juice to marinades, pastas and beverages when not feeling well.

Snack Mix – From Caregiver chapter

• Often with a cancer diagnosis the caregiver gets overlooked; however I wanted to include a Caregiver chapter to help encourage not only those going through treatment, but also the cancer patient’s support team!
• The patient and the caregiver can enjoy this sweet and salty snack.
