New IFIC Review Offers Insights on Misperceptions, Emerging Science
“Caffeine and Health: Clarifying the Controversies,” clarifies some common misperceptions about caffeine pertaining to dehydration, osteoporosis, miscarriage, heart disease and heartburn, showing that moderate amounts of caffeine do not cause these conditions.
