(HealthNewsDigest.com) - As we enter the third week of January, many of us tend to let our New Year's resolutions drop in priority. Often, time is a deciding factor - grabbing a meal from a fast food drive-thru on the way to work is a lot quicker than making a vegetable omelet at home. In an effort to help you continue to commit to adopting healthier lifestyle behaviors, we would like to share a smoothie recipe from our Super Smoothies Recipe Booklet.Smoothies are easy to make and a terrific way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. By using a blender to purée ingredients, you take care of the first step in the digestion process and make it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients.
