Consider spring cleaning for your body!

(HealthNewsDigest.com) - You know how great you feel when you finish spring cleaning. Your closets are organized, and all of your home’s nooks and crannies are free of dirt and clutter. This spring, you can extend that feeling of well-being to your body by cleansing from the inside out.

Just as you want to rid your home of dust and grime, you may also want to do something extra to rid your body of toxins. Ridding yourself of those chemicals may allow your body to absorb more nutrients from your food, may help kick start your weight loss plan, and provide you with newfound energy. From hair spray and lawn fertilizer to hormones and preservatives, we inhale, ingest and absorb toxic chemicals every day. Our internal cleansing system is designed to remove natural waste products. But it might need a little help.

Think your body isn’t overloaded? The average home contains more than 1,000 chemicals. We all struggle with the amount of substances that build up in our systems. Our bodies won’t cleanse themselves of anything new until they get rid of the toxins already on board. Starting this spring with a whole body cleanse may help to re-set and re-fortify the body’s natural internal cleansing process.

Unfortunately, most detoxification plans are great at helping the body release toxins but fail to complete the cleansing process by getting rid of them. As a result, the toxins are reabsorbed into your bloodstream, which can make you feel worse than you expected. To be effective, the system must use a high quality fiber, such as the one in Whole Body Cleanse, to gently and safely purge built-up toxins from the body.

To properly cleanse your body of built-up and potentially harmful toxins, look for the three effective products:

1.A gentle laxative to purge the intestines and promote healthy elimination. Most people don’t need a harsh stimulant-type laxative. They have irritating ingredients that may cause cramping and long term side effects. Instead, an osmotic variety using magnesium hydroxide, slippery elm bark and marshmallow root helps to comfortably draw water into the intestines. Also look for burdock and red clover, two additional substances associated with detoxifying the blood and lymphatic systems.

2.An effective fiber to bind to the toxins. Don’t be fooled by high fiber content on the labels. Many brands form big ineffective clumps once they get in your body. Fiber needs to dissolve to increase its surface area and absorption capacity. There are some that have a unique technology to help ensure fiber is released throughout the entire colon. These particular brands help to bind the loosened toxins with highly effective, all-natural fibers and herbs.

3.Super Milk Thistle® to support healthy liver and gall bladder function. This is an important step. When you detoxify, you must increase your liver’s ability to dump toxins into the intestine. Super Milk Thistle helps to increase the rate and it creates more bile: the brownish fluid that acts like a toxin taxicab to transport them out of your system. When you have toxic waste coming through, you don’t want it stalling out along the way.

I’d like to offer these five additional internal ‘spring cleaning’ tips:

Try to drink at least 64 ounces of bottled or filtered water every day.

Avoid eating a lot of highly processed foods and foods with refined flour, sugar, saturated fats or artificial sweeteners.

Take it easy and give your body the time it needs to rest and re-build while you’re cleansing. Gentle stretching, short walks in the fresh air and yoga are all good choices.
Choose a high quality whole body cleansing system that is safe to use up to four times a year.
