(HealthNewsDigest.com) - Reumofan Plus and Reumofan Plus Premium— marketed as “natural” dietary supplements for treatment of arthritis, muscle pain, osteoporosis, bone cancer, and other conditions—have been found to contain hidden drug ingredients that can have harmful side effects.

Since June 1, 2012, when FDA first warned the public about the dangers of these supplements, the agency has received dozens of additional reports of dangerous side effects. They include severe gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, insomnia, elevated blood sugar levels and problems with liver and kidney function.
