DVD from - Fitness Expert Tracey Staehle
“Fit by Tracey - Walking Strong” is broken down into eleven five-minute segments beginning with a short but complete warm up session and ending with the necessary cool down period. Segments alternate between cardio walks and strength walks where resistance training happens while the feet keep going. The workout may be played straight through or viewers may play it segment by segment to suit their needs. Tracey’s clear narrative and instruction constantly reinforce and motivate the viewer. Tracey demonstrates the most advanced version of the workout on a treadmill while her sister Bobbi offers a less intense version, also on a treadmill. Their friend Jill demonstrates the entire workout on the floor; no treadmill needed. Lightweight dumbbells are recommended.
