A-List Instructor Helps You Sculpt a Hot Hollywood Body
“Element Slim & Tone Pilates” includes one quick paced 38-minute workout that sculpts the entire body and gets the heart, arms, legs and core pumping. No equipment is needed. It involves a specially tailored sequence of moves where only a few repetitions of each are performed. The pace is brisk, never boring. While there she took post-graduate level work for a pre-med track at Columbia University. Later Wiley moved to Austria where she taught anatomy and physiology. Now Wily is settled in Los Angeles with her family and studio.
