The new mobile app enables Medifast and Take Shape For Life clients and members to track their progress on the program remotely and is completely integrated with the support websites, allowing all updates to be reflected on both platforms instantaneously.

The mobile application allows users to track their Medifast Meals, Lean & Green Meals, and water consumption throughout the day, as well as weight, measurements, exercise routines and more. Clients can view and share graphs and reports that track their progress as they continue on their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

MyMedifast.com and MyTSFL.com both offer a new fresh design, latest technology for tracking the Medifast plan, and an interactive social community page that facilitates sharing success stories via Facebook and Twitter. Both homepages provide a redesigned layout that includes a personalized newsfeed with updates and news from individuals within the network.  With the new Community Tab, members can create "mini communities" to establish smaller groups with similar interests, such as a local Medifast Weight Control Centers. Additional functions in the future will include a robust recipe section where members can search and submit recipes.
