The Seven-Point Doctor-Designed Program for Lasting Results with Expert Tips on Diet, Nutrition, Fitness, Interpersonal Skills and Personal Appearance

(HealthNewsDigest.com) - NEW YORK - Dr. Stuart Fischer’s The Park Avenue Diet is a far cry from your typical diet book. The book is not simply about dieting, but rather a lifestyle makeover with the help of seven top experts. The experts are at the top of their game and explain how to makeover your looks and your health using a life-changing program, which addresses beauty, etiquette, poise, fitness, food and fashion. The plan integrates both the physical and psychological aspects of image improvement to achieve long-term lasting results.

Dr. Stuart Fischer’s plan will help you look and feel your best, lose weight and attract the attention you’ve always wanted. Drawing on his personal experience, his success with patients in his Park Avenue Diet Center, and contributions from fashion and lifestyle experts, Dr. Stuart Fischer brings the secrets of The Park Avenue Diet to everyone.

The book reveals the secrets to success such as:

Advice from one of the world’s most esteemed and honored psychologists, Dr. Stanley Krippner
Fine dining etiquette and nutrition lessons with Chef Marie-Annick Courtier
Fitness tips from celebrity personal trainer and exercise expert Bernadette Penotti
Fashion counsel from fashion and business consultant Helene Hellsten
Hair styling tips from celebrity stylist Joel Warren
Suggestions on how to polish your make-up routine with beauty and make-up expert Laura Geller
Recommendations on how to perfect your conversation and social skills with New York’s renowned socialite Tinsley Mortimer

The truth is how we look on the outside can affect how we behave and feel on the inside. The pathway to a better lifestyle encompasses physical, psychological, and behavioral changes that reinforce each other. The Park Avenue Diet is a revolutionary 6-week program that teaches readers to completely re-invent themselves as the thin, beautiful person inside. In six weeks, you will lose weight and become more attractive, fashionable, alluring and socially savvy. You will build your self-confidence and gain poise.

“My approach to successful weight loss is to motivate people through guidance in multiple areas so they will see improvement in numerous ways, not merely on the bathroom scale. That is why the Park Avenue Diet uses a seven-point approach,” said Dr. Fischer. “Focusing only on food does not enable the patient to truly change his or her entire image. A comprehensive approach is the secret ingredient to people reaching their weight loss goal. My ‘Dream Team’ provides the needed support to enable people to make a permanent and positive improvement in their appearance and behavior.”
